Somehow the PDF file you uploaded didn't get registered by the system to be placed in the copyright review queue. I have deleted the file so you should try to upload it again. Also, looking at the page history it appears that the system treated one of the two files as a duplicate of another file already on the server. Oddly, however, the file details for both files do not mention either are duplicates of another file. Just in case, I would suggest altering the filename of the PDF before uploading it.
