How would I reupload and write over the old file so it still is pointed to in the composer's page?

The peice in question is Hamlet Part 1 by Tchaikovsky.

Well... IMSLP is designed as an addition-only system, so you will have to fix the file, upload it with a different name (maybe add "(fixed)" at the end of the filename?) and resubmit it

I'll take care of the page cleanup.
